These Snickerdoodle cookie bars are packed full of all the cinnamon sugar goodness of the classic cookie, but in bar form.
Flour | Cream of Tartar Butter | Baking Soda | Sugar Brown Sugar | Eggs | Vanilla Salt | Cinnamon
Whisk together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla. Gradually combine the dry ingredients, then spread the dough evenly into a prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the dough and bake for 25-30 minutes.
