Ground Beef | Sweet Potatoes Bell Peppers | Onion | Garlic Paprika | Cumin | Olive Oil Salt | Pepper | Parsley
Heat olive oil and cook the sweet potatoes until they are soft and begin to brown.
Remove the potatoes and cook the beef until browned, then add in the onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Return the sweet potatoes to the skillet, add the seasonings and cook until all veggies are soft.
