- Butter - Granulated Sugar - Powdered Sugar - Vanilla - Eggs - Flour - Baking Soda - Cream of Tartar - Lemon Extract & Zest

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Mix butter, oil, vanilla extract, and sugars.

Add eggs. Mix until blended. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar & baking soda. Gradually add dry to liquid mix until combined. Stir in lemon zest and extract.

Drop dough onto lined cookie sheet two inches apart. Sprinkle each cookie with granulated sugar.

Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
