Lemon Pound Cake with Glaze


Try this incredibly dense, moist and delicious Homemade Lemon Pound Cake topped with a simple powdered sugar glaze for a fun sweet treat!


 Butter | Sugar | Lemon Juice Lemon Extract | Lemon Zest Eggs | Sour Cream | Flour Cornstarch | Baking Powder  Milk | Powdered Sugar


Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease the baking pans Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add lemon zest, lemon extract, and eggs. Beat until well combined. Add the lemon juice and sour cream. Mix until combined.

Whisk  flour, cornstarch, baking powder & salt. Add half to the butter mixture, Combine. Add milk and mix, then remaining flour and combine.

Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45 to 55 min. Cool in pan 10-15min, then place on wire rack. Mix powdered sugar, lemon extract, and milk for glaze.

Drizzle cake with glaze & Enjoy!
