Ground Beef | Onion | Beef Broth Yellow Bell Pepper | Black Beans Diced Tomatoes | Green Chilies Taco Seasoning | White Rice Cilantro | Lime | Avocado Sour Cream | Cheese
Cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
Add the tomatoes and green chilies to the hot pan and cook until soft, then return the beef and vegetables and stir in the taco seasoning.
Stir in the black beans and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the white rice and broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a low simmer until the rice is tender, stirring often to avoid burning.
