Copycat Starbucks Lemon Loaf is a quick bread infused with lemon and baked in the oven until golden brown, then glazed with a lemon glaze.

Flour | Butter | Baking Soda Baking Powder | Sugar | Eggs Lemon Extract | Lemon Sour Cream | Salt

INGREDIENTS

GLAZE Powdered Sugar | Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the eggs, one at a time.

Next, add the lemon extract, sour cream, lemon zest, and juice. Then mix the dry ingredients into the batter.

Spread the batter into a loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.

Prepare the glaze by whisking the powdered sugar and lemon juice together until smooth, then pour over the cooled bread.
