Oven-Roasted Potatoes
Diced potatoes tossed in oil and seasonings then roasted in the oven.

Ingredients
- 4 white potatoes
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1/3 cup oil
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- Italian seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Chop potatoes.
- Add oil and potatoes to large mixing bowl. Stir until oil coats potatoes.
- Pour mixture into roasting pan.
- Sprinkle seasonings as desired.
- Bake 40 minutes or until cooked through. Stir occasionally.
