Ingredients
4cupscooked pinto beans with liquid
1/4cupoil
1/2tspcumin
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspsalt
1/4tspblack pepper
Instructions
Mash beans with potato masher or blender until desired consistency is reached.
Add oil and spices.
Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until desired thickness is obtained. Beans will thicken as they cool. You may add water or chicken broth if beans are too thick.
