cooked and chopped

medium sweet potatoes
peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces

tablespoons
bacon grease
or melted butter

salt

pepper

brown sugar

cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, bacon grease or butter, salt, pepper, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until all the sweet potatoes are coated.
Spread sweet potatoes evenly on a
baking sheet
.
Place sweet potatoes in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove sweet potatoes from oven and stir the pieces around the baking sheet. Top with chopped bacon and return to oven for 10 minutes.
Before serving, stir sweet potatoes and bacon to coat with the glaze on the pan.
