Homemade Spiced Chai Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp allspice
  • 2 tsp ground cloves
  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cardamom optional
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Process all ingredients in food processor until fine and powdery.
  • Place in sealed container until ready to use.

Notes

To Use: Add 2 tsp seasoning per 8 oz of hot tea.
 
Some people do not like the strong flavor of cardamom and choose to leave it out of the recipe.
 
You may use home brewed or store bought tea.
