Ingredients

cup
water
warmed to 110 degrees

teaspoon
salt

bread flour

active dry yeast
Instructions
Place the ingredients into your bread machine in the order listed.
Set your machine to the dough cycle and hit start.
Once the dough cycle is complete, open the lid to your machine and lightly punch the dough down.
Next, transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces.
Roll each portion into a long loaf, approximately 12 inches long.
Place the loaves onto a greased baking sheet and cover with a clean tea towel.
Place in a draft-free place and allow to rise for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
Once your dough has risen, preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Bake the bread for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Notes
This recipe is for a 2 lb loaf pan.
