Ingredients

butter
softened

fresh parsley
minced

Tbsp
garlic chives
minced

tsp
minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Place softened butter mixture in a butter mold or wrap in plastic wrap and roll into a small log.
Store butter in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Use on your favorite breads, vegetables or pasta dishes.
Notes
May substitute finely diced green onion for garlic chives.
