Easy Baked Pasta – Freezer-Friendly
Pasta, red sauce and cheese baked together in a casserole dish.

Ingredients

box whole wheat penne

jar spaghetti sauce

sour cream

Parmesan cheese

ground beef
cooked

shredded Mozzarella

bell pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook and drain pasta.
Saute veggies.
Mix Sauce, sour cream, parm. cheese, veggies and cooked beef in pot over medium heat until sour cream is melted and combined.
Add Pasta and mix well.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
If freezing, let cool completely, cover and freeze.
To cook from frozen bake at 350 for 45 min-1 hour.
