+ 2 tablespoons water
heated to 110 degrees (or warm on your wrist)

olive oil

sugar

teaspoon
salt

bread flour

active dry yeast
Instructions
Place ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed or as directed by the manufacturer.
Program the bread machine for the dough cycle.
Once the cycle is complete, remove the dough from the bread machine and place in a lightly greased bowl, turning the dough once to coat.
Cover the dough and allow it to rest for ½ hour.
Press the dough down and shape it as desired for your recipe.
Notes
If the dough does not remain shaped as desired, allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes and then shape again.
