16ouncepackage spaghettiprepared
10.75ouncecan cream of chicken soup
10.75ouncecan cream of mushroom soup
12ouncecan evaporated milk
1cupsour cream
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
½teaspoongarlic powder
1 10-ouncecan chicken breast or 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheesedivided
¼cupgrated parmesan cheese
1teaspoondried parsleyoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Stir in the chicken breast and one cup of mozzarella cheese.
Add the cooked spaghetti noodles and stir to coat.
Pour the mixture in the prepared baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Then, remove the cover and bake for 10 more minutes, until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
Optional: Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
