Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Press the dough into the pan. Bake until the edges are golden and the middle is cooked. Remove & cool completely.

Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Wash and dry the fruit. Slice the strawberries.

Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the surface. Make flag design with fruit. Create white stripes with the whipped topping in a piping bag.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best if served immediately.
