Ground Italian Sausage Onion | Garlic | Tomato Sauce Diced Tomatoes | Mozzarella Chicken Broth | Bow Tie Noodles Sour Cream | Salt | Pepper
Start by cooking the sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks. Then add all ingredients except for the noodles, into the slow cooker.
Stir everything together, then cook on low for 6-8 hours. One hour before cooking time is done, turn it up to high.
Stir in the noodles 30 minutes before serving, checking every 15 minutes for doneness.
