Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions and cook the diced bacon until crispy.
Whisk pumpkin puree, eggs, Parmesan, heavy cream and spices, until well combined. Then add the drained spaghetti to the skillet.
Coat the spaghetti in the leftover bacon fat and slowly pour the pumpkin mixture into the pasta, tossing continuously. Then stir in the crispy bacon.
