Macaroni | Water Evaporated Milk | Salt Butter | Cheddar Cheese
Stir noodles, water and salt together in the Instant Pot and cook on high for 4 minutes.
Drain the excess water, then add noodles and the the rest of the ingredients back into the Instant Pot and set to saute function.
Stir until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened.
