Beef Stew Meat | Avocado Oil Flour | Onion | Garlic Diced Tomatoes | Carrots Beef Broth | Pearl Barley Salt | Pepper
Pat the meat dry, season with salt and pepper, and dredge through the flour. Next, place the meat in the preheated pot, in a single layer.
Leave for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Stir in diced onion, followed by broth to de-glaze the pot.
Add carrots, garlic, diced tomatoes, barley and seasoning. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
