This delicious Cranberry Pecan Bread is sweet bread with tart cranberries, crunchy pecans and an almond flavored glaze drizzled over the top.
Flour | Baking Powder Salt | Butter | Sugar | Eggs Vanilla Extract | Almond Extract Milk | Cranberries | Pecan Pieces Powdered Sugar | Half and Half
Combine flour, baking powder & salt; set aside. Combine butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla & almond extract.
Add flour mixture and milk in alternatively, mix until blended after each addition. Dust cranberries in flour. Fold cranberries & pecans into batter until just combined.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Whisk glaze ingredients. Pour glaze over the top once the bread has cooled.
