Cream Cheese Butter Pumpkin Puree Yellow Cake Mix Pumpkin Pie Spice Cream Cheese Frosting
Beat cream cheese, butter & pumpkin until smooth. Add cake mix & pumpkin spice, beat until thickened. Form the dough into balls.
Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool.
Beat the cream cheese frosting and pumpkin spice together until well combined.
When the cookies are cooled completely, pipe the icing on the bottom of one cookie and place a second cookie on top to form a sandwich.
