Boneless Chicken Breast Green Beans | Red Potatoes Olive Oil | Cajun Seasoning Salt | Pepper
Boil potatoes in a stock pot for 8 to 10 minutes, until just tender. Strain the potatoes and set aside.
Coat green beans with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and Cajun Seasoning. Then spread them on a sheet pan. Toss potatoes in olive oil and seasoning and lay them next to the green beans.
Coat chicken with the remaining olive oil and Cajun seasoning and spread in an even layer on the remaining section of the sheet pan.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cook time.
