Upside Down cake 


I know you’re going to love this Apple Spice Upside Down Cake that is light, fluffy and full of all of the sweet and spicy flavors of fall.


Butter | Brown Sugar | Apples  Cinnamon | Flour | Ginger Baking Powder | Eggs | Nutmeg Allspice | Cloves | Salt  Cornstarch | Vanilla | Milk


Mix melted butter, brown sugar & cinnamon. Spread  into greased baking pan. Layer  apples over the top and set the pan aside.

Whisk dry ingredients.  Beat sugars & egg, add vanilla. Add dry ingredients and milk to the egg mixture, alternating the two ingredients and beating after each addition.

Carefully spread the cake batter over the top of the apples in the baking pan.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350F. Cool in the pan about 10 min. Run a knife around the edges, carefully invert.   Cool completely before serving.
