Who doesn’t love a good Taco Tuesday recipe?? This one for Southern Fried Chicken Tacos with Bacon and Ranch is quick, easy and tastes AmAzInG!

I know you’re going to love these tacos because they only requires six simple ingredients and use already cooked fried chicken tenders, making this quick to put together. Of course if you have some extra time on your hands you can always fry the chicken yourself or pick up a pack of fried tenders at your local grocery store deli.

This dish is kid-friendly because who doesn’t love bacon, cheese and fried chicken? If you or your kids aren’t a fan of ranch, then feel free to use any dipping sauce or salad dressing that you think would work the best such as honey mustard, southwest chipotle or BBQ sauce. I know you and your family will love this easy to make recipe.

How to make Southern Fried Chicken Tacos:

Place corn tortillas on a microwave safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Warm in the microwave for one minute, then set aside. (You may also choose to use flour tortillas.)

Cut the chicken tenders into small chunks. Add the cut-up chicken to the corn tortillas.

Top the chicken with chopped bacon.

Add shredded cheese to each taco and top with shredded lettuce.

Drizzle ranch dressing on top of each taco before serving.

  • 12 frozen chicken tenders cooked according to package instructions
