Instant Pot Green Beans and Bacon

Who else is totally in love with their Instant Pot? I use mine almost daily for all kinds of things like hard boiled eggs, Homemade Chicken Broth and my super healthy and delicious Homemade Tomato Soup.

I just love the Instant Pot because it’s so versatile and can make pretty much anything from desserts to full meals to quick side dishes like this Instant Pot Green Beans and Bacon recipe.

How to Make Instant Pot Green Beans and Bacon:

serves 6

Set the Instant Pot to saute mode, add the chopped bacon and cook until the bacon is crispy.

Turn off the Instant Pot and remove the bacon pieces.

Pour the chicken broth into the pot and de-glaze by scraping the bottom of the pot to remove stuck-on pieces of bacon.

Pour the frozen green beans into the pot and season with salt and pepper.
Stir to combine all ingredients.

Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set to manual pressure cook for 4 minutes.

When the cook time is up, do a quick pressure release.

When the pot has depressurized, remove the lid and add the bacon to the pot. Stir to combine ingredients before serving.
