How to Make Greek Yogurt Chocolate Berry Bark:

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and vanilla. Mix well.

Spread yogurt out in thick layer on parchment paper. You don’t want your yogurt to be too thin or it will crumble.

Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries and chocolate chips over yogurt.

Drizzle with extra honey if desired.

Place baking sheet in freezer for at least 3 hours, but overnight is best.

Once bark has set, peel away from parchment paper and break into pieces. Enjoy! Keep remaining bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.

  2. This sounds yummy and healthy. Win Win!! Can this be put in a lunch box and eaten after a few hours out of the freezer or does it go soft and unable to hold?
