If you’ve followed my meal plans for very long then you know I almost always plan “homemade waffles and eggs” for Friday dinners. Well, I have a confession to make, we rarely ever actually eat that on Friday nights. It does happen, but most of the time we end up eating out, eating leftovers or having dinner at someone else’s house. I just use it as a kind of placeholder on my meal plan. It’s there if I need it, but most of the time we end up doing something else.
I wanted to confess this to let you know that it’s okay if you don’t follow your meal plan exactly every week. The important thing is just to have a plan in place so that you’re not scrambling trying to figure out dinner last-minute every night.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this week’s meals. Also, I’d love to know what kind of fall recipes you’d like to see here in the next couple of months. It’s my favorite time of year and I can’t wait to start sharing them with you.
