I didn’t post a meal plan last week because everyone in our house except me was sick. Yuck. Thankfully we are on the mend and feeling much better. My husband ended up missing three days of work without pay so this week’s meals are pretty frugal and basic since the funds are a little low. Cheap proteins and carbs here we come. Hopefully this plan will come in handy for anyone else with a low bank account. Basically everything on the menu is what I already have in the house. Enjoy!
