Beef and Noodle Casserole
1 lb ground beef
1/2 box whole wheat macaroni noodles
2.5 cups mixed frozen vegetables
1 – 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Step 1: Brown beef.
Step 2: Cook noodles and drain.
Step 3: Mix all ingredients in a large greased casserole dish.
Step 4: Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
