3-ingredient Twix Cookies

I love a good chocolate treat that can be made quickly and shared easily. If you like Twix candy bars, then you’re going to love these Twix Cookies made with only three simple ingredients.

These cookies start with a Nilla Wafer then are topped with a Rolo candy and placed in the oven until the chocolate is melted.

Next, they’re topped with the second wafer and the chocolate is mashed in between the crackers creating a gooey caramal center. Lastly, the cookies are dipped into a chocolate bath and then allowed to harden.

These semi-homemade Twix Cookies are a sweet, crunchy treat filled with the flavors of chocolate, cookie and caramel. They’re easy to make and great for serving at parties. I know you’re going to love this recipe.

Ingredients for 3-Ingredient Twix Cookies:

  • Nilla Wafers (regular or mini sized)
  • Rolo Candy
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

How to Make Twix Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Arrange 30 mini or regular-sized Nilla wafers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place one unwrapped Rolo candy on top of each cookie.

Place the baking sheet in the oven to bake for 5 minutes or until the Rolos are just melted, but are still holding their shape.

Remove the pan from the oven and lightly press the remaining cookies on top of the melted candy, then allow to cool completely.

When the cookies have cooled, reserve 1/4 cup of chocolate chips for decorating, then add the remaining chocolate to a microwave safe bowl.

Melt in 30 second increments until all the chocolate is melted.

Dip the cookies into the melted chocolate until fully coated, then transfer to a piece of parchment paper to cool.

When the chocolate has cooled and hardened, melt the remaining chocolate chips and transfer to a piping bag.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each cookie, then allow to cool and harden before serving.
