I’m so excited to bring you my first ever Holiday Gift Guide! I put a lot of thought and effort into picking items that I love and that (hopefully) you will love too! In fact, I love them so much that I’ll be ordering (and asking for) some of these as gifts this year. When putting this guide together, my focus was for families with young children since that is the season of life that I’m in right now. I hope you will enjoy!
NOTE: Links will lead you to the site’s main page where you can then search for the product you want. Since these are affiliate links, I don’t have a way to link to each specific product.
For Young Children:
As a mom, I tend to gravitate toward wooden, stuffed, or pretend play toys in neutral colors so that’s the main focus for the gifts that I’ve chosen here. All of these toys are from YoYo.com which offers 20,000+ items and free two-day shipping on orders over $49. I was really impressed with their unique selection of toys, games, books, video games and music. Check them out because they’re sure to have the perfect gift for you to give this holiday season.
I can’t be the only one with a soft spot for cuddly stuffed animals, right? I love this Jellycat Fern Fawn Rattle for only $13.25. I’m sure Kennedy would love it too!
I’m wanting to get Walker some instruments and I love the simplicity of this Hape Rhythem Set for only $12.49. I’m pretty sure I’ll be ordering this for him soon!
I’ve realized lately that I’m drawn to stripes a lot which is why I like this Jellycat Shiver Penguin. It’s actually pretty hard to find stuffed animals in stores these days unless your shopping at a boutique. I love that YoYo.com has so many cute options!
How cute is this PlanToys Banjo?? What a great way to get little ones interested in music! I know Walker would have so much fun strumming on this.
I also love this PlanToys Stacking Tree. The description says that it helps children with hand eye coordination, problem solving and fine motor skills. Plus they will learn color about color and size variation.
This Schoenhut Band in a Box is another instrument set that I’m considering for Walker. I know he would love it!
For the more practical gifts, I would suggest checking out Crazy 8 which is a children’s clothing store. They have such cute stuff and are always running awesome sales. You can sign up for their e-mail list to get coupons and promotional information. Here are a few of my favorite options.

I absolutely love this Colorblock Ponte Dress! I was actually in the store today to buy Kennedy some tights and walked straight to this and admired it. It’s so beautiful in person!

I’ve realized since having a baby girl that I have a thing for cardigans and this Blossom Open-Stitch Cardigan is no exception. So cute!

Did I also mention that I also have a thing for stripes? This Double Button Stripe Jacket would be so cute with rolled up jeans, flats and white bow, right?!?

Also, how awesome is this Chill Proof outfit for Toddler boys?
For Women:
DaySpring is a Christian company best known for their greeting cards, but did you know they also carry a full line of home decor, jewelry and gift items? They have some seriously cute stuff! Use coupon code 70SAVE20 for $20 off of a $70 purchase or code FREE30 for free shipping on orders of regularly priced items over $30 or code SAVE20GIFTS for 20% off of gift purchases. Here are a few of my favorites from them for women.

I love this Lyrics for Life Wall Calendar for $9.99 because each month features lyrics from favorite hymns and songs. What an encouragement this would be hanging in my house all year-long! Plus it’s long and skinny so it takes up less space on the wall which is a plus for me. 🙂

I would love to wear this Lisa Leonard – Bind My Heart Necklace as a reminder to keep my heart with Christ’s each day! The pendant is pewter and the chain is sterling silver-filled plus it’s made in the USA.

Did you know that you can order custom letterpress blocks with whatever letters you want?!? They even have an interactive tool that allows you to create your own unique decor. Check it out here!

This Shine Your Light Pillow Cover is part of DaySpring’s Everlasting Light Collection. I love the colors and the message that it boasts!
These next two items are from Vine.com which is an online market filled with all things green and sustainable. First time customers can get 20% off and free shipping on orders over $35 with code: HELLOVM
This Herb’n Shears Chopper and Bamboo Bowl Set for $21.99 would be a great gift for cooks or gardeners. You simply put the herbs in the bowl and chop them with the shears which is great because chopping them with a knife and cutting board can sometimes be challenging.
I would love to have this Bamboo Mortar and Pestle for crushing, grinding or powdering my herbs, grains, spices, teas, etc. It just seems like an old fashioned primitive and useful thing which I love. 🙂
Another unique gift idea for someone who wants to learn a new skill would be to gift them with one of Craftsy’s many online crafting or cooking classes! They have tons of classes including crochet, cooking, sewing, photography, knitting, jewelry making, painting, gardening and so much more! Plus, they also offer several free mini classes to get you started! How fun is that?? Click the banner below to learn more.
If your looking for the perfect quirky and vintage gift then I would suggest checking out ModCloth. They have a huge selection of clothing, accessories, gifts, home decor that is full of vintage charm! Plus, they offer free shipping on orders over $50. Click the banner below to see more.

For Men:
It seems like most men are specific in what they want so I’ve included a couple of general gift ideas here from DaySpring. See above for coupon codes.
This Godly Guy’s Guide for Daily Living would be a great encouragement to any man in your life providing a year of scripture, quotes and tips.
I think this Lyrics for Life Pass Along Card Set is so unique. It comes with 40 cards printed with words from popular worship and classic hymns to use as encouragement to yourself or others. What a great idea!
These last few gifts are from Abe’s Market which is a natural and eco-friendly online market. The products here are a little pricer than the others, but they are so unique I just had to include them! They also offer free shipping on orders over $49.
I know my husband would love this six pack of Reclaimed Soda Bottle Glasses, since he’s tried repeatedly to make his own from recycled glass bottles. 🙂
This Honest for Men Shampoo Bar would make a great stocking stuffer!
How cool are these Reclaimed Street Sign Surfboard Key Rings?? Each one is unique and they reflect headlights at night!
Homemade Gifts
I also plan on doing some homemade gifts which I love to give and receive. Here are a few things that I’ve given in the past:
Slow Cooker Apple Butter
Red Hot Cinnamon Apples
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Granny Square Ear Warmers
Baby Taggie Blanket
Easy Fleece Scarf
If your wanting to make homemade gifts this year, but don’t know where to start I’d suggest checking out Craftsy’s free online classes and patterns for more ideas and inspiration!
