Homemade Banana Bread

My husband once told me that this recipe is the reason he married me. He was only joking, but he does love this bread.

I like this recipe because it only uses one bowl and always seems to turn out perfectly. I don’t know about your family, but mine goes through several bananas per day, so I almost always have extra ripe ones hanging around to make up a loaf of this awesome bread.

Paired with a protein such as eggs or bacon, this homemade banana bread is great for breakfast or a snack. Plus, you can double it and freeze the extra loaf for up to three months.
